They have recreated the packaging of the original 1980 Kenner toy, and that pretty much sold it to me.
The larger one is the 400% version of the original....

New Toys at Work - Alien - Kubrick
I am not a big fan of Kubrick's but their original Alien toys are great -
The small one is a regular size Kubrick and It's a 2006 SDCC exclusive

Its cool, but sorry its just not as realistic or gory enough for me. Maybe if you put some slime on it...
