I think Fringe is not suppose to be taken as heavy sci-fi..it comes across very light..by the previews I also was expecting a dark nasty show...so just sit back and turn off the brain....
the pattern could be anything at this point...aliens sound good to me

I like it. Although, it is a little too unrealistic... But I like it.

I love the "turn off the brain" advice...
Its a chronic problem I am dealing with at every moment...
I'm with the Heff, cept I'm craving some jack, and its only 8am...
