NO !!! You can't let her sell the homestead !Just tell her to look into a "Reverse Mortgage" if she's over age 62. She could get her money out of the house and still live there.
Heff - I dont have a say...and the woman has a plan....and seems very determined...lol
....well mom has re-thought the whole thing and is going to put off selling for a while.....
