So far so good...I am running my iPhoto and iTunes library's off it......not exactly sure it was made to do that though?...will update.

Good idea, better than having a bunch of usb chips all over...
im pretty sure it works on both platforms....
Nice hard drive john. I have two myself a maxtor and a western digital. I have over 100 gig of music so far. i'm so paranoid about losing music that i use the western digital drive to back up the maxtor drive. i have the same music on both drives.
