$3 dollar slice

For the first time(...outside of a ballgame or concert) I paid $3 dollars for a slice of pizza.....this is at Hawthorne Pizzeria 334 Elwood Ave Hawthorne, NY 10532

Last week this same Pizza shop sold me a slice for $2.30 (average price here in Westchester NY)

I have been concerned before about the state of "everything"....but now I'd say I am getting a little scared.

I remember going to Sal's in little Ferry and purchasing two slices and a coke for three dollars. Better yet was buying a whole pie for six dollars.

We're all doomed !!! Hell, I can barely afford to smoke anymore ! That pizza looks great, though. Especially the right side.

That pizza looks good maybe not $3.00 goood but good.

We pay about $14.00 for a large plain pizza.

Everything is going up except our paychecks!!

I actually heard a guy call into wfan - sal from brooklyn of course - and predict the 3 or 4 dollar slice because of a huge spike in the price of flour..no sh#@!!
